Review on 🐶 Enhanced Visibility with Rogz Utility Small Reflective Nitelife Dog Collar by Rebecca Porter

I recently bought this collar (blue, small, reflective, 3/8 inch) for my dog. The collar is very pretty and looks good but a few minutes after I put it on she started scratching her neck a lot and it was clear she was very uncomfortable. I removed the collar and found that the end of the stitching, essentially stiff, sharp bristles, had punctured the collar's material in several places, digging into her skin. I returned the collar to Amazon. This should probably be checked in QC as I'm pretty sure mine isn't. the only collar that has the thread end sticking out for sewing Another option for buyers of this collar is to inspect the inside and use nail scissors to remove any stuck stiff bristles. UPDATE: The company has taken my suggestions seriously and will now conduct spot checks to ensure this does not happen. They sent me a new collar that had no problems so it looks like I got my first collar from a bad batch. I can say that ROGZ cares about their human customers as much as they care about the comfort of their canine customers. I would buy a ROGZ collar again at any time.
