My issue is that the mouse pad mount was brittle plastic, not metal like everything else, and it doesn't lay flat or stay in place when I put my hand on it and you can't put your hand on it. or the mouse falls off. Another reason is that the edges of the metal tab on the bottom that keeps the laptop from sliding into your lap are pretty sharp and you can't hold your wrists on it for long because it hurts. His body is solid. Metal, paintwork, looks beautiful. It takes a little practice to adjust properly, but it adapts easily to any position. I had to return it mainly because of the thin mouse pad otherwise I would have kept it and figured out how to make it soft on my wrists.
