The only reason I bought this product was for the convenience factor. In other words, the product had to include all the necessary materials and information to add a working hard drive to my PS4. What I received was an apparently incomplete package being returned. The packaging has obviously been opened and worn due to age and use. The flash drive was missing. Do I have to return this product to get a $5 flash drive? If so, then every factor of convenience is GONE. The USB cable pouch also contained 4 used and exposed cable ties that served absolutely no discernible purpose. I won't even find out if the hard drive works. SAVE THE EFFORT. JUST WATCH THE YOUTUBE VIDEO to learn how to upgrade. I am returning this product but be careful if you purchase this product there is a good chance you will receive the product I returned.
