Mexx. I knew it was too long, but apparently it was the only "desktop" toilet paper holder in the universe. The guy from Revain actually threw the package on my cement porch. I heard a knock. It didn't impress me. Not sure if it's because of that or just because of that, but I thought it was broken when I took it out of the box. It was tilted, and the screw holding the stand to the base was loose and in danger of falling apart. I screwed it back in with a screwdriver but it kept turning and was never fully tightened so it's no good. I put a roll of toilet paper in it. on it and tried it out because I was also concerned that if I ripped a piece off the roll it might not stay in place. Yes, he didn't stay down. I will ask my husband to put a bigger screw in the floor and fix it like this, and I will get non-slip feet or non-slip hooks to cut and glue the floor. When this is all done I'll try to remember to update whether it worked or not. I would not recommend that.
