Poor quality and difficult to install
This product is very poorly made and comes without installation instructions. On one page, the single diagram of the "Installation Guide" shows a plate that is different than the one that came with the mount, and doesn't even show the three nuts that are central to the mount's proper fit. After many hours trying to fix this and make it reliable and uncomplicated, I screwed in the bulbs and found that one would not light up. When I tried to fix this problem, the plastic screw holding the glass shade got stuck on the end of the cartridge and the cartridge was loose on the mount. I can't remove the glass to try to reassemble the nest and it seems impossible to try to reassemble with the glass in the way.
