This lamp does not have covers that are attached to the screws. I am disappointed with the customer service because the only solution was to return the whole lamp. I have hired someone to charge me for coming and if I return the lamp it will mean a loss of almost $200. In addition, the lamp was delivered without instructions. *You see the photo I took versus the photo listed in YOUR DESCRIPTION.

I was hesitant to order this based on the reviews but I'm so glad I did! I like the unique look. Installation was easy. Installed yourself in 20 minutes. However, I was able to reuse the existing ceiling panel from the previous fixture, so all I had to do was do the wiring and assembly. The next step is to get Hue lights for it so I can have the outer lights a different color than the middle one.

Had a problem installing it with no English instructions and no diagrams and it sits a little wobbly with a gap of about 1/4 inch on one side but overall love it I did and have already received tons of compliments! It looks fantastic, it's very light, nice and bright with 5 e12 led bulbs and one standard led bulb. I might have hated it a bit during installation, but now that it's here I LOVE it!

The lamp looks like the photo and looks great. The mount that came with it had nothing to do with the mount in the instructions. The mount is poorly constructed and attaches to both the ceiling and the mount with just two screws. This creates a situation in which the device tilts to the heavier side. The bracket basically rotates around the two mounting bracket screws and tilts the bracket to one side. BAD DESIGN, especially for an asymmetrical fixture.

This product is very poorly made and comes without installation instructions. On one page, the single diagram of the "Installation Guide" shows a plate that is different than the one that came with the mount, and doesn't even show the three nuts that are central to the mount's proper fit. After many hours trying to fix this and make it reliable and uncomplicated, I screwed in the bulbs and found that one would not light up. Before purchasing this item "Beware Emtor" and read "4 Star Phil" well written review (thanks Phil!). Save energy. Disadvantages: 1. There are no corresponding installation instructions in the kit. 2. No ground wire included (luckily we saved/reused the old flashlight's wire).3. Only 2 thin screws are included, leaving small gaps between the base and the ceiling. 4. Bulbs to buy: US standard E26 bulbs (for the round, medium dome. Beautiful and unique lamp. It was pretty easy to install. But the quality of glass lampshades is very poor and inconsistent. When the light was received, 2 of the 5 smaller glass shades were broken. 1 was hacked. 1 had cracks and stains under the glass and the hole in the lampshade was too small and oval to fit the socket. I contacted Joypeach about a damaged/broken glass screen and the customer service was good. They sent me 3 glass screens to swap out. Unfortunately they were not packed well…

The lamp is contemporary/contemporary, nothing rustic despite the name but style is in the eye of the beholder. I gave 4 stars for technical reasons, not form or function. Despite the lack of instructions, the lamp is relatively easy to assemble. If you like the style I would recommend the lamp with a few remarks.
