Revainrating 5 out of 5

These 5 star reviews are genuine, not purchased

When I see such a high average rating for a product, I usually get quite skeptical. This usually means that the seller will give away some items for free in exchange for good reviews. That's not the case. I recently bought a used Toyota Highlander and wanted to make some changes to the behavior of the daytime running lights and door locks. Two of our three local dealers didn't even know if these features could be customized or not. (According to the manual, yes.) The third dealer wanted $150 to $200 for the adjustment. I was looking for a DYI solution online and found this product. I received the product as promised and went through the installation process. I understand why the seller is offering to connect to your computer remotely and help set it up. Even though it's quite easy and doesn't require any technical know-how, there are many steps that you need to follow carefully. If you don't want to do it yourself, I don't hesitate to have the seller connect remotely to your computer via Team Viewer. It's a secure program and you can see everything Remote Assistance is doing. I work in IT and we use this program to help our end users who are in remote locations. Once I connected my laptop to the machine with a cable, I completed both tasks in less than 5 minutes, and without watching YouTube videos or reading instructions. There was a bit of trial and error (like figuring out a button should be on) and some menu searching to figure out where to go, but even if you're not that adventurous I'm sure there are plenty of videos on the internet to guide you through this process. Next I will be using this product to pair a new key fob to my car as it only comes with one. If I can do that, it saves another $100. All in all, I would recommend this product. It may take some patience to set up, but the money saved will be well worth it.
