The ability for me as an advertiser or publisher (the two are now one)to be able to see what my competitors traffic sources were was very helpful in understanding where I needed focus improvements. As far back tracking goes it took about three weeks before all information would start showing up but eventually got better over time so not much issue here at this point! In general if its something that helps advertisers understand their competition then thats great - however they're still missing out alot because we cant pull specific details from google analytics which makes working off other tools difficult sometimes like KPI reporting etc.. If someone could come along later down stream who has experience solving these issues i think things will become more clear :) It gives us insight into how well known/popular certain websites / pages actually do compare versus others within same category & allows publishers easy access too view info relating to page views per month vs average spend spent each day via adverts.
