Review on Nutone Central Vacuum Vx3916 Gallon by Maria Marshall

I own Nutone VX550. These bags fit well, but just so you know, they are smaller (6 gallons vs 8 gallons) and made from a different bag material than other "OEM" bags.1. The VX550 can hold bags up to 8 gallons. The 8 gallon bags lie at the bottom of the bag compartment. 6 gallon bags hanging.2. Some OEM bags have cloth material unlike this bag which uses paper backing.3. Since these bags are smaller, I'm wondering if the volume of air passing through the vacuum is the same (more bag surface area = less air restriction). Is the bag's filter material of the same quality as the OEM? I already notice an accumulation of fine dust on the outside of the vacuum block. (our device does not blow out). Good price (3 bags)? May be. Although I'll probably have to change these packs every 3-5 months, not every 12 months like the big ones. All other things being equal, OEM bag prices are $40-$55 for a pack of 3. Make up your own mind.
