Works very well for lighting and ceiling fans

Thought I'd have to replace the ceiling fan entirely as the remote no longer works! Had to ask my grandson for the installation as there are a lot of wires to connect and you need someone who can follow directions and instructions as the installation is not very easy. However, it works very well and saved me from buying another fan.
