Very happy with this belt. Highly recommended!I had been looking for a ratchet belt for some time but never bought one - I thought they were too expensive. This one is good quality for a very good price.While it is not complicated, there is no instruction on how to shorten the belt, which involves carefully measuring and cutting off the excess. Be sure to cut to somewhere in the middle of your range so you can gain or lose a few pounds. The ratchet has a good range (more than 8”) but if you cut it too short, you are in trouble.
