Like a graphic on a t-shirt.

These canvases absorb paint very strongly. I've tried other uncoated sharps in the past and had no problems. But these are terrible. Sentence. If you paint a background, super duper it (3 layers) and it will help. I use acrylic paints. Very disappointed.
