Terrible product! Terribly frustrating for me and my child who can't write. The screen doesn't pick up on the sensitivity of the pencil half the time and kept me re-writing the lines until they were "right," let alone my poor kid. Also, the screen is so ridiculously dim that it's practically useless unless you're under a sun lamp. Also, in freehand drawing mode, yell the word "Pencil!" every time you touch the screen with a pencil; So if you can't draw freely without picking up a pen, it's extremely annoying and has nothing to do with real writing or drawing. Please don't expose your child to this terrible technology as an excuse for a real letter. We were so hoping for this but got it back within a day.
