Review on Clear Emboss Inkpad, Full-Size by Tsukineko by Carrie Spencer

I would rate this higher if I knew how to use it. There are no instructions at all. I had to research it myself on the internet. Maybe it dried up. When I touch it, it feels dry. I have no idea if this is normal. I tried applying embossing powder to shrink the plastic decorations. The very first part I clicked left a lot of paint on the pad! I didn't try again for fear the colors would fade. I went ahead and applied the embossing powder and hit it with a heat gun. It had a rough, uneven surface. Again, I don't know if this is normal for this product. The next time I applied Ranger High Gloss Liquid I had fantastic results.
