Clear Emboss Inkpad, Full-Size by Tsukineko Review

We used it for our wedding invitations as well as the stamped desktop cards we bought from Paper Source. Works great and a lot cheaper online than in store. We've marked 100 place cards and 100 wedding invitations and we still don't know how many are left.

Pad was sealed but almost dry on arrival. I ordered another clear stamping pad (VersaMark) in the same order and was able to compare these. I liked that this Emboss liner had an attached lid that basically folds under the liner to keep it out of the way, rather than a separate lid. But it was so dry that I ended up sending it back.

Great rug. Works perfectly! However, I have a different definition of full size. I needed a bigger pillow for my big stamps but this one wasn't big at all. It did a good job and I only had to flip the large stamps a few times to make sure they were completely covered in ink. I'm new to stamping so maybe I wasn't sure what I bought. Overall I like it and it works great.

I would rate this higher if I knew how to use it. There are no instructions at all. I had to research it myself on the internet. Maybe it dried up. When I touch it, it feels dry. I have no idea if this is normal. I tried applying embossing powder to shrink the plastic decorations. The very first part I clicked left a lot of paint on the pad! The ink pad was already quite juicy when it arrived but I added some VersaMark clear ink as I prefer my embossing pads to be very juicy. So far the results I've gotten from the site have been excellent. The ink sticks well to all the stamps I've tested and works great with my ultra-fine embossing powders. I haven't tried the pad with my coarser embossing powders, but problems don't bother me. My only criticism of the pillow is that while I like that the top cover folds under the bottom cover to
