When the check engine light came on I didn't want to see it. My OBD reader said my system was too lean and I was hoping replacing the air filter would fix the problem. This was temporary, leaving MAF alone as the likely culprit. I tried cleaning it - it's useless. Since I bought this model and installed it myself, the car runs smooth with more and smoother power, and best of all, that annoying dashboard light is off. Do your homework and when you need it, buy this product for your car or truck. It costs less than what you would pay at the dealer.
