Update: I think I would center this to give it more even heat and of course leave the heater light in the corner or side as usual. I have 40l. That keeps it around 75 on the cool side, but I'd prefer it to be 85 throughout. I saw someone say they made it. I bet they put it in the middle. Unfortunately, you can't seem to remove it once it's placed. Back: I removed the reptile rug so I can easily see its placement. I had to use something to lift it off the platform it was on because the glass lay flat on the surface. still looking for the right base. It should not sit directly on a surface, at least the rim of the tank should be between the surfaces and a barrier above it inside. Please read the instructions carefully to avoid fire, melting and harming animals. Do not use with aquatic aquariums.
