Review on VONDERSO by Srinivasan Bennett

Recently, I had a terrible day shopping at VONDERSO.com. I had a hard time navigating the site, despite its vast assortment of power tool parts and accessories (including parts and accessories for power finishing tools and power sanders). Ordering was a hassle and took too much time due to vague directions and complicated forms. I had to put my do-it-yourself projects on hold because of the unexpectedly long time it took to receive the supplies I ordered. The products were not as sturdy as I had hoped, and some of the pieces didn't even fit properly when they finally arrived. When I contacted customer service for help, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. When it comes to purchasing replacement parts and accessories for power tools, I would not recommend VONDERSO's online store. The late shipping and unhelpful customer support representatives made my experience with them painful and counterproductive.
