I had high hopes for my shopping experience at PEIDUO, but I'm afraid it did not live up to my expectations in any way. Despite the fact that their website features a number of chic pieces of home decor, I was disappointed when I received my purchase because it did not live up to my expectations. The amounts they ask for their items are not reflective of the reasonable quality of the products they sell. The pieces of furniture that I purchased appeared to be of poor quality and lacked the chicness that I had anticipated having. In addition, the decorative throw pillows and other items appeared and felt to be a much better value than the values that were listed for them. The shipment and delivery procedure was another disappointing aspect of the experience. The time it took for my order to arrive was significantly longer than what was stated on the website, and the business provided very little to no communication about the delay in shipping. When my items did eventually arrive, the packaging was subpar, which led to some of the items being broken when they were delivered. In conclusion, my experience with customer support was below average. I attempted to reach out to their customer support team in order to discuss the damaged items, but I found that they were unresponsive and unable to assist me in any way. My feelings of frustration and disappointment increased as a result of the experience. In general, PEIDUO is not a retailer that I would suggest to anyone looking for stylish, comfortable, and high-quality home décor. The actual products and how the customers were treated left a lot to be desired, despite the fact that their website may have a nice appearance.
