Shorted and died on first use
This is the product I've been waiting for. Couldn't wait to use it. When I first used it it worked great on my first strand of hair, but on the second strand it shorted out, groaned, smoked and died within the first 2 minutes of use. I didn't even have time to even try it on my hair. Very frustrating.
