By CPU temperature (i7 12700K@5.2GHz) in a well-ventilated case: - idle 45 degrees - in games 70 degrees - in the stress test 88 degrees About the cost, I can say that it is better not to save on cooling, if there is already money for i7, then for acc. cooler must be found. For younger CPU models, it may not be needed like that, you can take something simpler for them. I think it justifies its price. I recommend to buy.
