Not perfect but works for me

What I like: 1. Size - It's nice and small and can be wrapped around your bike rack or put in your bike bag/backpack2. Quality. Although it looks like a black strap, there is a regular steel chain underneath. Therefore it is very durable and will be very difficult to cut.3. Easy programming. Even though the directions were very strange, I still programmed them very easily. What I don't like: 1. It's not really long enough to go around a tree or attach it to a bike frame, so it will most likely just attach to your bike. Instructions came on a small double-sided card. Each side had the same instructions with different wording, making it difficult to make the right choice. I realized that both say the same thing but why include two sets of instructions with different words. I have attached photos of both sides.3. I'm not sure if this could have been designed any other way, but when I wrap the chain around the bike rack it never seems to come out just right the first few times. It's either too tight to fit the end in the slot or too loose and loose. Overall, I would still give 5 stars because it serves its purpose. While I wouldn't use this on a $1500 bike in a big city (simply because it's pretty short), it will certainly stop a thief in our small town.
