The manufacturer knew he was selling junk.
The laptop had outdated audio software that was corrupted and no update is available to fix many of the issues. The headset cannot be connected via Bluetooth or a wired connection due to corrupted sound software. Hours and days spent dealing with Microsoft technical support. MSI fails in technical support. They don't answer calls, they don't answer calls. Chat was disconnected when audio issues could not be resolved. Troubleshooting requests were ignored. Thank you Revain for accepting the return.
