I ordered the small one as I was skeptical it would slip over my hand. I have an "average" semi-muscled female arm, but it was too tight with my iPhone 7 plus. Switch to medium. Seems well done. Very comfortable and the material is very soft. I look forward to updating my size and trying it out. The most important thing I appreciate is being able to work with my phone without having to remove the case to fit the strap and it doesn't advertise my credit cards etc which are in the back pocket of my mobile phone. **Update** I've owned this for almost two months now. I still love his concept. I lowered my rating by one star for several reasons. First, material fades. I wash it with sports detergent and only work out at night outside or at the gym (I live in hot Texas) and always air dry the band, but it still looks pretty faded compared to its original bright colors. Secondly, it is difficult to wash away the smell of sweat from it. My gym clothes look fresh, but I can't make the tape smell any better. And the last point I'm not counting but I want others to know it's not "waterproof". When I run outside I have to put my phone in a ziplock bag or my phone will get wet when I'm done. It holds a lot of sweat so remember when working outside or might get caught in the rain.
