The product's packaging clearly states that it is for "genitals". There is even a picture of a male bikini bulge on the back of the packaging, which confirms this statement. However, in the fine print you will find that this is NOT for the penis. Guess what the manufacturer is trying to fool you into? The penis falls under the genitals category.
