I calibrated it following his instructions. When it came time to measure my possibly wet floor it displayed CAL again indicating it was back in 1st calibration mode. After the blinking stopped, he began measuring, assuming he did. As I walked him across the surface, he gave me numbers. There is no explanation for it being able to switch to CAL mode when first starting a measurement. To calibrate, I hold its tip >= 1 cm over a dry spot. To measure, I touch the area to be measured with the tip. All these details in the hope that the manufacturer or a satisfied buyer can give me advice. I think without the exact user documentation it's plagiarism.
