This back stretcher is an effective tool for stretching the muscles in the lower back and around the spine, which can become very tight after a long day of standing. It's also adjustable, so you can stretch lightly and progress to a more intense stretch at your own pace. Adjusting the flex of the stretcher is very easy - just turn the knob at the bottom. The cover provides a bit of padding for the stretcher handles so they aren't as intense if you don't want them to be. There is also a closure strip for the spine of the book in the middle. If the product has one downside, it's that sometimes the lid doesn't stay on very well. However, it stays on during use, which is the only thing that matters to me.
