We are an independent repairer only servicing Toyota and Lexus. Our usual supplier of drain plug gaskets was out of stock so we decided to give them a try. Instead of being Teflon coated like the factory drain plug gaskets, they are paper coated and one side is thicker than the other. We had ripped them during installation causing leaks.
