Review on 🌬️ Trico 25-240 Force High Performance Beam Blade - 24-Inch: The Perfect Wiper Blade for a Clear Windshield by Jerry Leon

I bought these Trico brushes instead of Bosch for the first time because unfortunately I succumbed to the marketing advertisements. These new blades were poor in terms of visibility and noise (scratching/dragging noises, leaving large portions of the windshield undamaged, and smearing areas rather than wiping them). I have a 2015 Volvo S60 and I replaced the stock wiper blades. As well as poor performance and noise for 2 years these brushes also started to break on both ends and the plastic windshield rubbed against my metal wiper arm over the years erasing the paint; without my knowledge since the "security" covers that area from viewpoint! (Pic attached; I didn't have black paint on hand and used caulk to coat the metal so it doesn't rust yet. Lots of yellow spots are pollen.) I replaced them with Bosch Icon wiper blades, which out of the box are fantastic ; not loud, clean and clearly visible, but their way of installation and connection makes them impossible to damage my wipers. Honestly I would give this zero stars. Their poor performance is one thing, but actively damaging my machine is beyond commendation for a poorly designed and poorly performing product. Please do yourself a favor and don't believe the marketing hype like me. I've learned my lesson and will continue to buy Bosch.
