I have just recently made a purchase from Orimade, and I must say that I was extremely let down by the entire process. In spite of the fact that the business boasts of producing high-quality home and kitchen, bath, and bathroom accessories, the product that I purchased was not even close to meeting those standards. Scratches and dings were already present on the item when it was delivered, giving the impression that it had been previously utilized. In addition, the product did not work properly, and I had to go through the trouble of sending it back in order to get my money back. The lack of responsiveness and assistance from the customer support staff made an already frustrating experience even worse. Orimade fell short of my expectations, which were high given the company's assertion that it specializes in selling premium products. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you are interested in purchasing high-quality accessories for the house, including those for the kitchen, the bathroom, and the bathtub.
