Review on 💻 Cocopar J173UH10F Portable Monitor: 4K 3840X2160 IPS, Lightweight 17.3 by Deion Stechmann

I ordered 2 of these monitors for my workstation and one is great and the other is a different monitor. The bezels are thicker and the screen can't match the brightness of any other monitor. I have to set one to Brightness 1 and the other to 10, all other settings the same, to even get close, but then the smaller monitor gets really blurry. The colors are also very different on the second monitor. It's really distracting in a dual monitor setup. The photos I added have the same default settings. I have contacted the seller to see if I can replace it and will work out the details. I really like the monitor that gets bright and has thin bezels. I hope I can replace the other with the appropriate one. Update: Customer support emailed me back saying one monitor was an old model and the other was a new model. They offered a $200 refund if I keep the old monitor model even though I requested a replacement/exchange. I replied that I would prefer the same monitor as I plan to use it daily at my workplace. I'm still waiting for an answer at the moment. Update: My rating has been changed to 5 stars due to customer service. They sent me a new monitor that fits and everything works great. The reason the monitors didn't match was because they are constantly updating their product lines and I was getting an older version for one of my monitors and a newer version for the other. This is more of an issue if you're buying a monitor online and aren't able to compare the exact model numbers to make sure they match, no problem with Cocopar. In any case, I am completely satisfied with the products and the customer service and would buy from Cocopar again at any time.
