I used to have a magnetic mount but after I upgraded my iPhone 8 to iPhone 11 the magnet on my old phone wasn't strong enough to hold it your phone in place while continuing to charge wirelessly. So I got this one which works great as it doesn't need magnets to stay in place. The mount snaps onto the vent and then holds my phone and its durability seems good enough. A flick of the wrist to open the cradle works great and charging was great too. I use it every day and am very happy with it. Update: Six months later, wireless charging is so weak that the battery percentage doesn't increase at all. The phone says it's charging, but even just using Google Maps the battery continues to drain. Also the sensors that help open and close the clip are getting weaker and weaker, I have to wave my hand closer or several times for it to release my phone.
