Most of the printer was pre-assembled, which was interesting as I prepared for its arrival by going through the very complex assembly instructions. I was struggling with several poor quality prints, and as a newbie to programming, I had trouble troubleshooting. I basically had a "slide" or "slide" when the x-axis changed direction. It took me a while to decide to disassemble the pre-assembled X-axis part, but this is where I found that the gear connected to the stepper motor was not bolted on, but was completely loose on the shaft. It was part of a build that was already done and if I put it all together it wouldn't be a problem. The blooper wasted so much time on me. Maybe I'll revise the review once I see that it actually works.
