The reason for three stars instead of five is this band required filing physical modifications in order to properly link into the fit bit versa housing. Where the band attaches to the bottom of the device the metal was too large for the pens to properly link after a little time with a file it now links in just fine. As for the size I wore the large band attachment that originally came with this device I removed one link from this band for my preferred fit. This band is very comfortable even to sleep with and provides a more business casual look. One other note because of the design of this band linking it to the charging station is a little more difficult than a two piece band but not impossible.
