Not included or no way to attach the rubber piece from the factory bottom latch to the new bottom latch. This rubber is very important, it keeps the bonnet clear from the windshield to the bumper and more importantly it prevents the bonnet from rubbing against the quarter panel and stripping the paint. I'm very glad I noticed this before I drove a lot and ruined the paintwork. I'll figure out something to attach the rubber band where the factory band should be. Update: Support has reached out and we will discuss my issues. It's great that they care about the products they sell and their customers' satisfaction. Update 2.0: Jake, Store Manager at KB Auto Revain, gave me a partial refund for my expenses which is valuable but not what I was expecting. But what I want, he does, namely talk to the manufacturer about eliminating this initially overlooked catch and find a solution for it. So more than anything I value a company that listens to its customers and solves the problems we face in the real world.
