DON'T EXPECT DURABILITY
These chargers are not designed for long-term use. All Aftermarket; designed to be compatible with Microsoft Surface tablets. In this form they last about a year. If you're really careful, they last about 18 months. Everything I had broke when connecting the cable/adapter. As long as it's doing what it's supposed to do -- charge the Surface -- spending a few bucks is no problem.
