BIRA 3/4 " Round Punch
I keep a couple of these punches because most of the time I don't need to use a big punch machine for small circles. Everything you need to make a few circles make is a hit. I had to do 160 laps and it was perfect for the task. It was quick and saved paper which is why hole punches were used. This particular model was well designed and didn't push the lever too hard with my thumb. I did other models.it was as good or better than what i already have.
