The Low-Quality Products Sold by TekHome

Because I am someone who depends heavily on electronics and other gadgets for both work and play, I was very excited to test out the various products that TekHome has to offer. Having said that, my overall experience with their online business left a lot to be desired. Due to the fact that the website was difficult to traverse, I ended up spending more time than was strictly necessary looking for the items that I required. I was dissatisfied to discover, after the long wait for my order to appear, that the products were of a low quality. The computer accoutrements and peripherals that I purchased were made of cheap materials and had poor construction; as a result, some of them broke after only a few days of use. The electrical items for children that I purchased as presents turned out to be a letdown as well, with buttons that did not work properly and a short battery life. I called the customer service department to ask for a reimbursement, but I received service that was both unhelpful and unresponsive when I did so. The fact that I had to wait several weeks to get a settlement to my problem made my frustration level even higher. In general, working with TekHome was a very aggravating experience for me. Due to the low quality of the products and the unsatisfactory level of customer service, I came to the conclusion that I had squandered both my time and my money. To anyone who is looking for trustworthy and high-quality electronics and devices, TekHome is not a retailer that I would recommend.
