Since Plantronics became Poly

I have been a Plantronics customer for years and order many headsets for myself and my co-workers. Quality has never been an issue and customer service has always been great. I bought a Plantronics Blackwire 7225 headset for my wife as she has to work from home and the headset broke. This isn't normally a problem with Plantronics, but we've been working with Poly for over a month to find a suitable replacement headset for my wife. I still hope to update this review with a positive solution, but for now all I can say is BEWARE.

Pros
