I am absolutely sure these things are awesome! Tech support was fantastic when I had some questions. I installed them to help my employees. This is a less technical understanding. Basically they can just tell me if something goes wrong. What color is the box? I ask her. green, purple or red? I'm using two of these right now, but I think I'll buy two more and place them in different places on my network and then tag them. It will be easy to understand what happens when we have problems.
