An airbag blew up after less than 2 months of normal driving, I kept the air pressure at 6psi and never got the chance to use it with my trailer. It's impossible to get through to the company. I have emailed them about 5 times in the last month and have not received a reply. I called and was on hold for hours and didn't move in line, also left a few phone messages and never got a call back. So I'm assuming there's no guarantee as I can't contact customer service. This is just a terrible product with even worse customer service. *edit* I would never buy them again in my life. I have replaced lines/airbags more than 6 times. Of course they are willing to send another replacement. But the rock cuts the bag or the sling breaks because the airbag bar rubs the hole the sling goes through. Complete garbage product honestly can't believe I keep replacing them on my car. I suppose that's because I have them. DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU WANT HOURS AFTER HOURS OF DISAPPOINTMENT
