Received yesterday afternoon and had to use it last night at 8:30pm for our historic early October ice storm. This is a great emergency radio and more! My favorite feature is the fold down LED lamp which is not in the description. It's under the solar panel. You can set it to "Auto" and it will detect motion and turn on for about 30 seconds. You can then activate it if required. At night, when the power goes out, this is a great advantage. The weather band and AM/FM worked well and were able to receive information. In the photo, the radio is being charged via the solar panel, just sitting by the window on a freezing, overcast day. features a boxed small device that is placed in a tornado shelter after this ice storm has passed and power is stabilized. . I would say the weather in Oklahoma is ok!
