Fits perfectly. No instructions.

Rivets included. So you need a rivet gun. It would be helpful to include this in the description. Also, there are no installation instructions - YouTube is the only source. The supplied screws are galvanized and quite thin. I bought better screws from the hardware store. It fits the car perfectly, but it wasn't easy to install.
