At first there was no indication on the packaging. I had to look them up on the internet. Second, I had serious heat issues the first day after applying it. 90 degrees under load for my new Ryzen 9 5900x, lots of crashes and weird bugs. According to their documentation, Arctic Silver 5 takes some time to "settle down," which could explain why temperatures were so high. The temperature under load was better the next day, 70 degrees, which is confirmed. (Yes, I first "touched up" the finish of the CPU and cooler as indicated.) If you look online, there's actually a big difference between thermal paste solutions. The best on the market seems to be Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut, which requires no curing time and can be up to 8 degrees cooler. I wish I had this instead.
