I expected mediocre quality, but the product was pleasantly surprised.

Some complain about fingerprints. I will say this. You need to know how to set up. True, even if you set it up with clean hands, it still won’t unlock with freshly washed hands. Other people could not unlock even once by fingerprint (children poke regularly).
I only checked face unlock, then turned it off.
I fell in love with Samsung for some simple features - a convenient search in contacts, convenient management (and implementation) of the application menu. Frequently used functions that save a lot of time.
The next phone will definitely be Samsung, but, as I already noted, camera stabilization is really important.

Pros

Comfortable. Productive (not for games, but in terms of a mobile office, it pulls quite well, including heavy conferences in zoom). Holds a charge well. After 3.5 years of operation, the charge lasts for a day (without watching videos and conferences). Support duration. I bought with 9 android in 2022. ated to 10, then to 11. ates arrive on the 11th even in 2023.

Cons

Camera. The only thing it lacks is image stabilization. Very good photos from a tripod. But in the hands - far from always (at work it is sometimes necessary in labor Sometimes there are hard friezes when entering. It seems to me that this is a problem of Samsungs in general or budget lines, because the E5 had the same thing. There is an incoming call. You take it out of your pocket, you just want to accept a call, and your screen goes blank, you need a print, then move the curtain to out the call that was hidden in the notifications. While you are doing all this, everything is already there. And you have to call back. This happens on average every 15-20th call. If you're on the phone all day, it's annoying.
