Product is great, we have 3 of these units in our home and garage.Had a small problem with one of the indoor splits.The digital readout was not working and the remote would not control the unit.Called tech support and Mike sent out a new display same day and today the unit is working perfect.Gladly buy again from Senville.Thanks very much for the great support.
