I "test" these "2 sets of 25ft USB to Micro USB Extension Cables" each with the new "Wyze Cam Pan" "about 3 weeks ago. And while using the Wyze Cam Pan (or maybe those cables!) is definitely not recommended, I did it outdoors the whole time! So far, these USB cables have worked flawlessly with these cameras. Everything works well with excellent wifi picture, full pan, zoom and tilt. I was concerned about the physical "voltage drop" phenomenon that comes into play. But so far the Wyze Cam Pans have performed flawlessly. Voltage drop is a physical property of ALL cables, so camera durability remains an open question. But for now and in my "test use" I'd say these wires are a winner that totally lived up to my expectations. I must warn anyone attempting this "specific application" as I don't know how the wire insulation will hold up to both the sun and weather over the long term. But right now I can't fault them at all. I think they will certainly work fine, at least for any domestic "power supply". Although there must be an internal voltage drop inside, I would definitely buy them again. And I really hope so, because I'm planning to end up with 4 outdoor Wyze Cam Pans. I consider them inexpensive enough to do this with these wires, although they can fail for a long time or are only protected in the winter by being under the eaves of my house. Note: I live in the "mountains of Southern California" at about 4000 feet. So we rarely get complete states like a blizzard! But sometimes it gets pretty tight, but still a relatively short-term impact. Good luck with your application WHAT it is!
