You know, my experience with a lot of M&D products is that it's a good idea, but poorly executed. This is a great idea. But it's made to only last for a few uses and then become useless. I think M&D makes it so you have to buy a new set every time you take your little one on a 10 hour car ride. We've had several of these over the years and many brush pens stopped working after a day or two. Or if the baby pushes too hard, it scratches the surface. Or if you close the book while it's still being drawn, water will seep out of the drawing area onto the non-waterproof cardboard. They're just not suitable for toddlers, which is odd for an activity designed exclusively for toddlers. So yes, you should buy one if you're going for a 10 hour drive as there aren't any other decent options. But no, it won't take long.
