Review on Burning Glass Technologies by Wayne Girard

As an employer this tool is extremely helpful in managing our workforce through several different tools that allow us access from anywhere at anytime. It's also very easy for new hires who are first time users due to its ease of use with training provided by their team members. I haven't found anything about BGT as negative so far but have only been using it since last summer! We've realized how much information we can get out of employees when they aren’t present which has allowed many projects/assignments done early or completed sooner than expected.
