I use this card with my Canon 7d and have had it without for almost 10 months problems. Ultimately, that's the only thing I really don't want in card.failure. And I didn't have to worry about this card. This card is reliable and fast enough. However, I also bought a 30MB/s card from the same manufacturer and didn't notice any difference in recording speed. I understand that at this stage the speed usually depends on loading images, but that doesn't bother me much. If I had to do it again I would just use a 30MB/s card instead of this one and save some money. Nothing against this card and maybe the extra speed for this card will come in handy with Canon's new firmware update (August 2012) for the 7d which increases the buffer size. I've taken several continuous RAW images in the past and of course you always need more speed! Hope that helps.
